Having grown up in the industry, Mike learned from his father, Jose, and Joe Mareka, the original founder of Carolina Professional Roofing. Their mentorship instilled in him a deep understanding of the business, the challenges it faces, and the importance of maintaining the company’s reputation for professionalism and superior craftsmanship.
